Do you have added fees to the prices listed?

No, we do not have added nurse or concierge fees to the listed prices on our website.

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance.

Do you accept HSA or FSA plans?

Yes, we accept HSA and FSA plans.

Are there any medical contraindications to treatment?

Heart disease and kidney diasease are contraindications of treatment due to risk of fluid overload.

Are there any conditions you do not treat?

We do not treat persons on hospice care, pregnant or breastfeeding.

Do you have an age limitation?

We treat patients between the ages of 17 and 70 years old and have a minimum weight of 75 pounds.

Can I get a custom IV?

Yes, you can!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept debit, credit, FSA and HSA cards. We do NOT accept cash for payment of treatment but do accept cash tips.

Do you access ports?

No, we do not access ports.

Do you accept tips?

Yes, we do! Our infusion nurses appreciate your generosity! You may tip in cash or add a tip electronically at checkout.

Can you meet me at my office?

Yes, we can meet you at home or your office.

Can you accomodate 3 or more patients at once?

Yes, we can! Just call or text us so we can make sure we schedule the appropriate time needed for a larger group.

How do I make an appointment? How does the process work?

We’re so glad you asked! Simply click any of the “Book Now” buttons on our website. Fill out the appointment request form. You will be emailed a consent to be completed prior to your appointment time. Our office will be in touch to confirm your appointment time. No payment is required prior to appointment time. Payment will be collected at time of services rendered.

How experienced is your team?

Our team is an amazing group of seasoned nurses with a background in ICU and ER settings. Trust us when we tell you, you are in great hands!

Can I get any of the add on or spa experience services without an IV infusion?

If an infusion nurse is at IV infusion appointment and a friend or family member is present and would like a B-12 injection or Spa Experience service we would be happy to provide these services during the IV Infusion.

However, we will not provide B-12 injections or Spa Experience services only by appointment. They must be added to an IV infusion appointment.
